About the role:

TruPar.com® is seeking an Account Executive to help hit our aggressive sales goals. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and managing B2B accounts as we work to become the leading supplier for the material handling replacement parts industry.

Account Executives will produce positive sales growth for B2B corporate accounts, managing an average of 120-150 accounts, accounting for an average of $2.2 to $3M annually.  The Account Executives will use TruPar.com’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM), HubSpot, to perform all the aspects of business daily. The account executive will report directly to the CEO.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reach out to eCommerce prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to educate them on our B2B features and pricing programs

  • Identify decision makers and qualify those prospects to determine whether or not they’re a good fit for TruPar.com® Business Account

  • Organize and take thorough notes on prospects in Hubspot CRM

  • Learn our offerings inside and out and give account demos on all the TruPar.com® B2B Business Account features for good fit potential enterprise customers

  • Support the account creation and onboarding processes for new customers and growth of existing accounts through collaboration with other TruPar.com® departments (including Customer Service, IT, Finance, Marketing, Data & Pricing Analytics).

  • Work with the Marketing team to develop sales enablement collateral on TruPar.com® Business Account offering.

  • Use Hubspot CRM to keep your performance and funnel organized.

  • Become an enterprise B2B eCommerce and replacement parts industry expert to best understand and serve our customers and prospects. 

  • Spearhead the business development of the latest entry to our product line, TruPar.com® Business Account platform.

  • Serve as a Mentor to new Sales Development Representatives & Account Executives to help them grow in their sales careers. 

What you need:

  • 4+ years of B2B account management experience

  • A college degree is preferred, but we have successful account representatives without one

  • Proficiency in Hubspot or Similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

  • Ability to form relationships across the organization – particularly with leadership and customer support.

  • Positive, persuasive communicator. 

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Process/Sales program development.

  • Leadership or Management experience.

  • Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL) / Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or similar

  • Willingness to get your hands dirty and operate in a cross-functional startup environment.
