APPLY FOR A NEW CREDIT LINE

Applying for a TruPar.com® Business Line of Credit is quick and easy. You can apply directly during checkout or by requesting an application link from our team.

Option 1: Apply During Checkout

  1. Add your items to your Shopping List and proceed to checkout.
  2. Under Payment Method, select “Net Terms (Balance)”.
  3. Finish the checkout process, and click “Submit Order” to begin the instant application process.
  4. If approved instantly, your order will be processed immediately using your new credit line.
  5. If additional review is required, you’ll be notified that your application is under review — and you’ll receive a follow-up email once your credit line is approved. Then, you can return to your Shopping List on TruPar.com and complete the checkout process.

Option 2: Request a Direct Application Link

If you’d prefer to apply before checkout, contact our support team at support@trupar.com or call 1 (800) 775-9856. You will be asked to provide your name, company name and email address, so we can send you a secure application link powered by Balance.

Once approved, your credit line will be ready for use the next time you check out on TruPar.com®.


VALIDATE YOUR BALANCE (FORMERLY APRUVE) TERMS ACCOUNT

Option 1: Validate at Checkout

  1. Log in using the same email address previously associated with your Apruve account.
  2. Proceed to checkout and select “Net Terms (Balance)”.
  3. Finish the checkout process, click “Submit Order,” and follow the instructions in the on-screen modal.
  4. Complete the short form to confirm your company information.
  5. The last step in the form will confirm that your new Balance account is linked and active.

Option 2: Validate via Activation Email

  1. Look for an activation email from Balance.
  2. Click the link inside the email and follow the setup steps on the page that opens.
  3. Even though you have a pre-approval, you’ll still need to provide a few basic business details to complete your setup.

The benefit of pre-approval is that your account cannot be declined — setup is guaranteed once the form is completed.

Once validated, your Balance account will replace your old Apruve account for all future purchases and invoices with Net Terms. Your credit limit and existing terms will remain the same as they were with Apruve. If you want to increase your limit, please reach out to support@trupar.com, and a support representative can assist you with the process.

Where can I use my TruPar.com Business Line of Credit?

Your line of credit can only be used to purchase parts on TruPar.com.

How can I reference a Purchase Order with my order?

You may reference a purchase order number when checking out on TruPar.com. Simply enter the purchase order number where indicated during the checkout process (labelled as"PO Number"), and that number will appear on your statement from Balance under the heading "External Reference ID."

How do I apply for a TruPar.com Business Line of Credit?
